To get the fastest resolution, Shoprite / Checkers has a dedicated team at the head office to handle complaints.
Although Dairy Group packs some Shoprite brands, all queries/complaints should be sent directly to their Customer Service Centre (Details on packaging).
5. The lid of my milk is detaching from the packaging
Please email a picture of the product to info@dairy.co.za showing the top with the "Best before Date" details.

You would need to contact one of our stockists about this. You are welcome to visit any of our nearest retail stores to purchase your Creamline products; https://www.creamline.co.za/stockists.
