Drikus Lubbe was the first logistics bursary student at National Cooperative Dairies, which later became Clover S.A. He served on Clover’s Board of Directors and was Head of Supply Chain and IT with around 4000 people reporting into this structure. He became DFSA’s CEO in 2018, serving at the same time on the MILK SA and SAMPRO boards. He holds an MCom in Transport Economics, together with an MBA.

Ryno Bosch brings years of extensive experience in the FMCG sector to his role as Sales and Distribution Executive of Dairy Group. During his career he has managed various portfolios within the dairy industry, ranging from National Sales Management, National Key Accounting, Business and Sales Development, Field Sales, and Category Management. Ryno's expertise and professionalism in sales are complemented by his BCom degree.

Jonathan Swatts is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in the agriculture and mining sectors. He has a passion for operational financial analysis, having started off at Dairy Group as the management accountant in 2015. Jonathan also has experience in supply chain and producer services having served as the Supply Chain Executive at Dairy Group before being appointed as head of the finance department.

Andrè van Zanten joined Dairy Group in 2024 as the Operations Executive, bringing his extensive operational and production experience from his previous role as Plant Manager at Clover's Queensburgh, Cape Town and Gqeberha production facilities. His BSc Agric (Dairy Science) degree and Business Management Diploma (KZN) have enabled him to make a valuable contribution to Dairy Group through his deep understanding of the industry.

Craig Watson joined Dairy Group as Plant Manager in 2025. He has over 25 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry, specialising in production and operations management. This has led him to have a  deep passion for manufacturing and people development while working for a number of leading companies in South Africa, such as Clover SA, RCL foods and Premier foods.

Godfrey Malatjie joined Dairy Group in 2022 as the Human Resources Manager. He brings with extensive experience gained in both government and some of South Africa's largest blue-chip companies, including Kellogg, British American Tobacco, Coca-Cola and McCain Foods. His contributions have been instrumental in fostering a loyal and competent workforce at Dairy Group. He holds a B Admin degree, complemented by an Advanced Programme in Labour Law.

Charl Ferreira is the Head of Dairy Group Producer services and has extensive dairy industry experience. In his current and previous roles as Manager of Dairy Group Producer Services, he worked closely with some of the leading dairy farmers in the Eastern Cape who supply milk to Dairy Group. He ensures that the quality of raw milk used in Dairy Group products meets the stringent specifications required for production.
